Edna and Eyal Hefer’s Ranch (Meshek Hefer) at Mitzpe Abirim is right in the middle of a natural grove with wild landscapes and beautiful roads leading to Kziv stream and the surrounding area.
Eyal and Edna started off as a couple of guides in a youth movement and when they were 23, after their army service and the 1982 Lebanon War, they came to Abirim to build their farm.
The farm developed with the physical features of the land and the need to incorporate it with Eyal’s many years of work in education.
Eyal has been teaching compassionate communication workshops for families and groups for many years. He developed a method called “Horses Connect People” and welcomes all visitors to the farm with a horse in one hand, a goat in the other, and a big smile.
Together with his wife Edna and their children who work with them, they maintain a unique and relaxed atmosphere.
The Hefer Ranch also offers romantic trips for an independent couple’s trip through the spectacular landscapes.
Passengers receive a map, ranger, picnic basket and set off independently!
You can enjoy the calming atmosphere in the two beautiful wooden cabins that the Hefer Ranch offers for accommodation.
