Surrounded by Galilean nature, you can enjoy light meals based on fresh, natural and mostly organic ingredients, most of which grow in the vegetable garden and are locally made, with freshly squeezed juice and hot drinks. The delicious cakes and cookies, baked in the bakery every morning with great love, are another reason to come visit. The café and gallery are part of rehabilitative occupational workshops, and they sell products of the workshops: baked goods, woven items, paper and ceramics, all made by members of Beit Elisha.
The Ofir Farm is part of Hadas and Zvika Ofir’s dream in Alon HaGalil, both are third generation farmers. The farm’s main products are from its wine vineyard, apiary, and dryland farming. The wines are unique because each is made up of 100% of a particular variety of grapes. The proximity to the winery and dedicated care of the vineyard contribute to the production of high-quality wines. There are 5 varieties of grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz, Sangiovese, and Petit Syrah. The vineyard is located on the southern slopes of Zippori stream, in red limestone, which is an excellent habitat for a wine vineyard.
