Elmarsa is owned by Marwan Suwaed, the restaurant gives an innovative interpretation to authentic Galilee Arab cuisine, adding a new twist and worldly aroma to the time-honored traditional cuisine. The Elmarsa Chef is Hamudi Akula, known for his work at the Magdalena restaurant near the Kineret and the Italiano de Costa restaurant in Haifa. Hamudi combines his love for Italian food alongside his Arab- Galilean kitchen based on fresh produce from the market and the Akko port.
The menu offers fish, seafood, and meat dishes, as well as authentic elements from his mother’s kitchen, using modern cooking techniques to give them an original, contemporary touch. The fish and seafood are fresh from the day’s catch – from the fishermen’s net straight to the table. The ingredients, produce and herbs come fresh from the local market.
You can enjoy the restaurant’s business menu throughout the week, including Saturdays, between 12 pm – 5 pm
