Moti, a graduate of the Cordon Bleu in Paris, produces a variety of French-style cakes, cookies, and pastries. At the deli and restaurant, his wife Noa collects and coordinates all the best products of Israel and the world. Among other things, you will find a wide variety of cheeses, smoked fish, wine, and specialty delicacies. At their restaurant, dishes are served based on the deli’s products and a rich and varied dairy menu.
Events can also be held there.

Ward Mohanna is a musician and software engineer by training. After graduating he decided to turn his interest in making desserts into a profession. For Ward, chocolate has always been a great love and he decided to travel to Turkey and Belgium to study with the leading chocolatiers in the field. He returned to his village, started a master’s degree in business administration, developed the family business, and never stopped striving and developing further.
The Mohana family has always seen chocolate as much more than a dessert, for them, it is “a little taste of heaven, a romantic, pampering and extremely delicious moment.”
Ward says: “Mom started making chocolates more than twenty years ago, using the most basic and authentic method. When I graduated I decided to take the field a step further, study in Belgium with the leading chocolatiers in the field and develop a menu of gourmet products that will take you to another world.”
In the small factory they opened under the house you will find a variety of pralines, truffles, chocolate tablets, and indulgent handmade desserts in surprising flavors such as lemon elderberry cashew, almond butter, and raspberry jelly, kaffir lime white chocolate, and many more delicious and unique flavors!
It can also be combined by prior arrangements, a pampering workshop for making chocolate for adults or children, or a musical performance in the home garden.
At La Chocolita you can visit the charming shop or if you really like chocolate, order a chocolate workshop.
