Safaa is a traditional Druze woman who has poured into her life, through her many talents, new meanings for her with a broad impact on her environment. The building where the workshop center is located is also the home of the old family and its story is woven into the story of Safaa. In the cheese workshop we will learn how to make several types of cheese, such as halloumi, homemade butter, labaneh and also a unique cheese created by Safaa, which is known in the village and in the Galilee as “Safaa cheese”. At the end of the workshop we will sit down for a tasting experience, and set a table from the cheeses we made. The workshop will include an opening with a meeting and acquaintance with the rich center and a conversation with the entrepreneurial Safaa, hot/cold drinks and a cake made by Safaa herself.
