The new Khan HaGalil offers all the possibilities of lodging in the area for all types of people, from guest rooms, vacation rentals, camping, regular tents to huge Bedouin tents. The Khan is located in the heart of a natural area, surrounded by green lawns and trees, abundant hiking trails, archaeological sites, museums, visitor centers, beaches, attractions and entertainment venues. In the camping area you can bring your own tent or stay in our guest tents, suitable for groups of 10-70 guests.
In the main compound you will find an outdoor kitchen and a well-equipped dining room, offering each and every family the opportunity to cook together and sit together, comfortably, in a covered dining room. In addition, the main compound includes showers and toilets with hot water.
The camp was built out of a dream, vision and ideology, allowing all types of people to visit and experience the peacefulness of sleeping in nature. An experience perfect for families, groups and couples in a well-equipped, organized and comfortable area.
Western Galilee Now is a registered non-profit grassroots organization (NGO) promoting awareness and appreciation for the region’s boutique wines, beers, food and produce, along with its cultural diversity, its historic traditions and the area’s scenic routes nestled between the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea acting as a Chamber of Commerce to boutique tourism operators in the region.
We expose the visitors to the unique heritage and hospitality through workshops, culinary events, art, music, guides tours, festivals and also through our Tourist Information Center in Akko, owned by JNF USA which we were chosen to operate since Jan. 2016.
Our vision is to develop local and foreign tourism based on close cooperation between all the interested parties in the region.
