The Rom Farm Bistro is located on the side of Mount Kammon in front of a breathtaking view.
Kosher dairy restaurant, open Sunday to Friday, directed by chef Nadav Kornfeld.
A menu based on fish, cheeses, an Italian touch, and lots of freshness. The restaurant works with the freshest ingredients available from the agriculture of the Rom Farm and Misgav area, giving the feeling of eating straight from the farm.
But at the same time with a very high level of attention to the freshness, the quality, the atmosphere, with a luxurious and uncompromising feeling of a moment of connection between man and nature, and nature to the plate.
Fresh seasonal menu – which provides a real farm-to-table experience
The Rom Farm Bistro offers kosher dairy cheeses under the supervision of the Misgav Regional Council – Rabbi Uziel Eliyahu.
Uri Bar Yosef and the Havat Rom team chose to work on the farm out of a deep connection to the values that underlie our agricultural endeavors. Each and every one of them bring their all to the farm and so it is shaped according to the connection between the souls and the environment. We are constantly working in the fields of sustainability and ecology, and seek to do good with nature and live close to the Earth.
