We at Alto are happy to host groups from Israel and abroad for breakfast/brunch, receptions, and a variety of other options in coordination with tour guides, travel agents, or private groups.
Events include a talk telling the story of our family: fulfilling the dream and making it happen. We also trace the process of producing goat’s milk cheese from the moment the milk is received, through pasteurization, cheesemaking, ripening, and aging. You’ll get to know the cheesemaking community, and will learn about the benefits of eating goat’s milk cheese.
The venue is well suited to hosting private events, for companies and many others, with a varied choice of menus and our unique boutique catering service on request.

The venue is dairy and kosher under the supervision of the Asher Region Rabbinate.
Alto in Kibbutz Shomrat is a three-generation love story about cheese making and creation; a family business of two parents and five children, all dreaming and working together.
