We have put together for you a particularly enjoyable day between the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, a meeting of cultures with the best of the Galilee unfolding before you. An exciting Galilean day for groups of up to 30 people. An experiential day that combines an original breakfast, an exciting ATV trip, a meal at a chef’s restaurant, a traditional baking workshop, and a visit to a boutique winery.

9 am – 10 am Open the day at the Tosha Bakery in front of the Achziv beach
Shahaf Avraham and Tomer Suissa are friends from the north who worked together for several years. After many years of experience in leading restaurants in the country, the two decided to fulfill their shared dream and opened Tosha Bakery. The origin of the name is the combination of their names – Tomer and Shahaf.
The cafe is located in front of the beautiful beach of Achziv and the pastries that Tomer creates with the hand of an artist are as beautiful as they are delicious
We will start with a light breakfast that includes a soft drink – freshly squeezed juice for all participants, four types of sandwiches to choose from, and fine coffee
10 am – 10:15 am Drive to the nearby complex
10:15 am – 12 pm An exciting excursion with ATV Galilee in Achziv
ATV trip – a dune track between the sands and the beach of Betzet with ATV Galilee, a company that offers off-road trips in state-of-the-art ATVs. Every trip departs from the ATV Galilee complex and begins at the magical Achziv Reserve, in front of the views of the white beaches and bays surrounding the reserve
We will gather for a short briefing and set off. We will pass under a bridge and drive with Rosh Hanikra in front of us, and next to us, the Achziv beach strip. We will drive north to Betzet and from there, through the sandy access roads, we will descend to the dunes. When we reach the sandy dunes in Betzet, we will switch to a different type of driving and experience the quality of the ATV under the conditions between the slopes of the sandy hills
We will stop on the way to freshen up in the Liman grove and enjoy a cup of coffee before making our way back, where we will also be accompanied along the way back by the blue view of the sea and the wild land of the Galilee.
12 pm – 12:30 pm Drive to Kibbutz Cabri
12:30 pm – 2 pm Enjoy a pampering lunch at the Adelina Chef Restaurant
The Adelina restaurant is located in Kibbutz Cabri in front of the view of the banana plantations and the sea on the horizon and offers indulgent chef’s meals with a menu that combines flavors and ingredients from the Galilee combined with the aromas of Spanish and Catalan cuisine.
2 pm – 2:30 pm Drive to the village of Jat
2:30 pm – 3:30 pm Traditional Druze baking workshop at Sweet Moments in Jat
Nohad Bisan of Sweet Moments is a cook and confectioner who hosts unique baking workshops in the courtyard of her home in the picturesque Druze settlement of Jat, as well as dessert tastings of spectacular beauty and taste in front of a Galilean landscape. Among the workshops Nohad conducts at her home is a traditional cookie workshop including baking on the Tava.
Between the months of December and April, she holds experiential baking and foraging workshops in the field, which combine gathering and preparation of traditional foods such as fatayer stuffed with spinach and za’atar combined with spices from Druze cuisine.
The business Nohad dreamed of all her life is a combination of her three great loves – cooking, baking, and hospitality. She fulfilled her dream about 7 years ago, and the name was chosen by one of her four daughters.
Get ready to roll up your sleeves and get into the kitchen together!
3:30 pm – 4 pm Drive to the village of Mi’ilya
4 pm – 5 pm Visit the Julia Winery to toast the end of the day
We will visit a small family winery, in the picturesque Christian village of Mi’ilya. The winery’s wines are made from self-grown grapes and other Galilean vineyards from which the family buys its grapes. We will stay at the winery for a tasting of 5 different types of wine and a tour of the barrel room accompanied by explanations and aromas of the fermentation of the grapes. Cheers!
