Blinches Filled with Cream Cheese & Berry Sauce – a recipe for 8 units by Yaarit Stern from Taste of Art
Ingredients for blinches:
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup of milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon of quality vanilla
- 1/2 bag of baking powder
- 1/3 cup sugar
Preparation:
Mix everything with a whisk and fry a thin layer in a pan sprayed with oil, until lightly golden on both sides.
Ingredients for the cream cheese:
- 250 grams of white cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon of quality vanilla
- A spoonful of sugar
- A scoop of vanilla-flavored instant pudding
- Lemon zest (from 1/4 lemon)
Preparation:
We will mix everything.
Ingredients for berry sauce:
- 3/4 cup berries (can be frozen)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- A spoonful of lemon juice
- Lemon zest (from 1/2 lemon)
- 1/4 cup of water
Preparation:
Cook everything for about 5 minutes and then lightly mash the fruit with a fork. Arrange the blinches filled with cheese and pour a little berry sauce on top.
