Festive Salad with Bruschetta – Alto Dairy
This salad will add beauty and taste to your holiday table!
Ingredients:
For the Salad:
6 lettuce leaves
A mix of baby leaves
Sugar-coated Chinese pecans
For the Dressing:
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
6 tablespoons fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons citrus vinegar
1 garlic clove – crushed
Salt & pepper
For the Bruschetta:
Sliced baguette
Fig jam – high quality
Alto or any other goat Saint More cheese
Olive oil
Preparation:
1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Mix the dressing ingredients in ajar until it becomes even.
3. Hand cut the lettuce and mix in the bowl with the bay leaves and the citrus vinaigrette.
4. Pour on the baguette a few drops of olive oil and a thin layer of fig jam. Put on top a slice of Saint more cheese, pour a few more drops of olive oil, and put into the oven until it becomes golden (approx. 7 min).
5. Put the mixed salad on a nice serving dish, display the hot bruschetta on top and spray it all with Chinese pecan nuts.
