Donuts – Tosha Bakery
Ingredients:
- 1000 grams of bread flour
- 28 grams of yeast
- 415 milk
- 100 g butter
- 125 grams of sugar
- 25 grams of honey
- 50 yolks
- 125 g of eggs
- 9 oz salt
Preparation:
- Weigh all components into the mixer bowl except salt.
- Start kneading with a kneading hook for about two minutes.
- Add the salt and continue kneading for another eight minutes at a slow speed.
- Cover with nylon and transfer to the refrigerator to rest for an hour.
- Divide into 80g balls. Cut baking paper into small squares
- Whisk them slightly and place the dough balls to swell for about 50 minutes at room temperature.
- In a saucepan heat oil to medium heat (if there is a thermometer about 145 degrees).
- Carefully place the donuts into the oil and fry for about 3.5 minutes on each side.
- Remove and cool on absorbent paper.
- Using a perfume bag fill with the desired stuffing.
