1 liter of milk
4 eggs
50 grams of melted butter
300 grams of spelt flour
100 grams of whole flour
¼ teaspoon salt
Preparation:
In a large bowl, mix all the liquids well
In another bowl, mix the flour and salt
Slowly pour the liquid over the flour and stir as you get a unified mass
