Broccoli Salad – Tamar & Gefen
Ingredients:
- 3 fresh broccoli heads
- About 20 small radishes
- Green onions
- Cranberries
- Pine nuts
Preparation method:
1. Divide the broccoli inflorescence from stems and joints into small inflorescences (*Can use fresh cauliflower instead of broccoli)
2. Cut the radishes into thin slices
3. Chop the green onion into circles
4. Add cranberries and roasted pine nuts (or roasted almonds)
5. Season with fresh lemon, olive oil, salt, and coarse black pepper
